1 large cup
Place the following in a blender or nutra-bullet type of mixer:
A few chunks of cucumber (use skin if organic)
Handful of spinach and kale
Add a tablespoonful of chia seeds and flax seeds
Pour in 1-2 cups of coconut milk and blend until smooth
Pour into glass and enjoy!
