Ingredients

1 lb. grass fed beef

2 cloves minced garlic

1 can organic tomato sauce

1/2 cup almonds

1/3 cup raisins

1 Tbsp. capers

Queso Fresco cheese (or substitute your favorite cheesy for topping)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown grass fed beef in skillet with 2 cloves of minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add organic tomato sauce, unsalted almonds, capers, raisins. Top with cheese and serve.

Serve with corn tortillas or masa bread.
